In-House Tastings, for Social and/or Corporate purposes

Do you have an in-house Social Committee or even just a group of friends who are looking for something different?

Well, an In-House Tasting is the solution.

We, the Webwines Crew, basically do everything for you - except drink the wine!

From the initial email and follow up phone call, we agree with you or your social committee the budget, the theme of the wine tasting, the number of wines to be tasted on the night etc.
The event can be as casual or as formal as you wish, from a large group standing around to a formal sit-down tasting.

All we need is a venue but that can be rented if there is no suitable area at work or home.

The event would normally follow a schedule like this - but everything is variable!

Confirm Venue, Date & Time

Agree the wines to be tasted: number of wines, quality of wines (budget!), extras (extra bottles to finish off the evening?)

We show up with glasses, tasting sheets and, of course, the wine!

So, How much does it cost? We've given examples below but it's pretty simple!
You pay for the wines opened on the night plus €100 fee.

You can taste wines of varying prices or similar - it's your choice
You can taste wines of different styles or grape types - it's your choice
You can pick all Organic/Biodynamic wines or all mass produced varietals - it's your choice!

Generally we allow between 10/12 people per btl (with a bit more of the first wine - while everyone arrives) so it's easy to estimate the price. If you want the night to continue for a while, we'll bring extra bottles! You only pay for what is opened (and glass breakages, if any). We'll even give a Discount on any future purchases by individuals.

Regarding the choice of wines, it can be as simple as 6 different grape types or 6 different countries or...

As you can see, it's pretty flexible!
We do generally like to assume 10 portions per btl - which generally leaves a little over for afterwards.
You would realistically also need a little more of the very first wine also.
