This top rated White Rioja is a blend of Viura (70%) and Maturana Blanca (30%) from a selection of Palacios vineyards for the Viura and their high altitude Vineyard in Nalda for the Maturana. This blend of vineyards and the differing soils in each, gives rise to this lovely fresh, structured, full bodied wine.

There is a lot going on both in aroma & flavour!
A nice intense nose of baked apple, balsamic notes with a slight minerality in the background. Fresh and balanced on the palate with flavours of apples and pears. A long finish shows up the apple/pears again with a hint of spice.This is a steal!!

The critics scores for Nivarius Edicion Limitada are silly for a wine of this price!
