Portillo Organic Malbec 2021 Valle de Uco, Mendoza, Argentina

Portillo wines are the starting point for the Salentein company and never disappoint.

This is their Organic Malbec (also Vegan-friendly!) and starts with a nice deep purple colour with nice fresh & fruity aromas of dark fruits and plums.
On the palate there are flavours of blackberries and other dark fruits, smooth tannins and a nice clean fresh finish.

We also stock the standard (non-organic) Portillo Malbec so what's the difference?
Not much if you taste separately but if you taste side by side, both are medium-bodied but the Organic Malbec is a tiny touch lighter.
